Responsibilities
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area, including washing dishes, pots, and utensils.
* Assist chefs with food preparation tasks, including chopping vegetables and preparing ingredients.
* Ensure all kitchen equipment is cleaned and stored properly after use.
* Support the cooking team during busy service times by providing timely assistance.
* Help with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed.
* Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times to ensure a safe working environment.
* Participate in regular cleaning schedules and deep cleaning tasks as required.
Skills
* Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant environment is advantageous.
