Overview:
As a senior consultant in the regulatory reporting team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality client projects.
You will provide consulting, business analysis, and project management services to clients, supported by early-career analysts and leveraging the expertise of our experienced industry Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
You will demonstrate expertise and guide less experienced members of the project delivery team.
Your Role:
* Contribute to projects with your knowledge of trade and transaction reporting challenges
* Share your experience on how firms have addressed common challenges
* Support broader practice through knowledge sharing, marketing, and business development efforts
Your Profile:
* Experience in financial services consulting or change management within a financial organization (e.g., investment bank, asset manager, market infrastructure, or service provider)
* Knowledge of topics such as Project management (waterfall and agile), Business analysis, Trade and transaction reporting, Regulatory change, Operations transformation, Process reengineering, Technology transformation, Data and analytics, Controls, and capital markets trends
* Detailed knowledge of at least one asset class or functional area
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Critical thinking, innovation, and problem-solving skills
* Effective stakeholder management and influencing abilities (internal and client-facing)
* Resilience under pressure, adaptability, and comfort with ambiguity
* Continuous learning mindset
* Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
* Ability to mentor and support less experienced colleagues
