We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support various marketing initiatives and contribute to the overall success of our marketing strategies. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and strong organisational abilities to manage multiple projects effectively.

About the role
You will help plan and deliver day to day marketing activity that supports revenue growth. The work is varied and hands on across email campaigns, website content, simple graphics, events, and brand communications. You will work closely with sales and the leadership team, and liaise with customers, partners, and media contacts where required.
Duties
* Build and send email campaigns in Mailchimp. Keep lists clean and segmented by product and region
* Update website content in WordPress. Maintain pages, news items and simple landing pages
* Create simple graphics for web and email using Adobe Creative Cloud or Canva
* Schedule and monitor social posts on LinkedIn and other agreed channels
* Maintain prospect lists in the CRM and produce lead lists for the sales team by product and geography
* Draft short copy for web updates, email copy, press notes and product blurbs
* Apply on page SEO basics including titles, meta descriptions, image alt text and internal links
* Track results and provide reports
* Support tradeshow and association activity including asset prep, basic logistics, and lead follow up
* Keep brand assets consistent with company guidelines
Skills and experience we value
* Some hands on marketing experience through a role, internship or practical projects
* A degree in Marketing or related subject, or a UK professional qualification such as CIM Level 3 or Level 4, or equivalent experience
* Experience with email platforms such as Mailchimp
* Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud apps or Canva
* Familiarity with WordPress content updates, GA4 basics and CRM use
* Basic understanding of Google Ads is a plus, at support level rather than ownership
