Luceco PLC is a leading manufacturer and distributor of electrical, lighting, and audio/video accessories. We’re looking for a technically minded Junior Product Manager to take ownership of our innovative cable management product portfolio, serving trade, retail, and international markets.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
* 🗺️ Define and manage the product roadmap and NPI (New Product Introduction) projects.
* 📈 Understand requirements and trends in the portable power market sector.
* 📝 Manage and create product information, pricing, packaging, instruction manuals, data sheets, labels, and sales aides.
* 🎤 Confidently present new products to internal sales teams and deliver training sessions.
* 👀 Maintain strong consumer and product awareness.
* 🤝 Support marketing, product management, and sales teams with customer visits as needed.
* 🗃️ Manage product data for internal PIM (Product Information Management) system and customer new line forms.
* 🗣️ Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* 🔄 Support the Product Management team throughout the full product lifecycle (‘cradle to grave’).
* 📚 Maintain professional and technical knowledge through workshops, publications, networking, and professional societies.
* 📅 Participate in regular reviews with your manager and the Product Director to ensure project progress.

* 🧑 💼 1–2 years’ product management experience in the electrical distribution sector.
* 💪 Highly motivated and driven to deliver market-leading products.
* 🗂️ Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
