We're now looking for a Team Leader to join our growing team and help shape the future of our lettings service.
About the Role
Reporting directly to the Portfolio Manager, you'll lead a team with a wide-ranging and hands on role. From working with local agents to market and let properties, to supporting applicants through every step of the journey, from initial enquiry to move in, your team plays a vital role in delivering a seamless and professional lettings experience.
As Team Leader, you'll ensure that all processes are efficient, compliant, and aligned with budget targets and client expectations, while also driving best practice across the service.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and support the lettings team, conducting appraisals and fostering professional development.
* Oversee the marketing and letting of properties, ensuring voids are managed efficiently and in line with legislation and best practice.
* Work collaboratively with senior managers to review and enhance operational procedures.
* Maintain high standards of customer service throughout the lettings journey.
* Manage administrative processes and contribute to financial planning, reporting, and performance monitoring.
About You
You'll be an experienced leader with a passion for housing and service excellence. You'll bring:
* Proven experience in team leadership and management.
* Ability to create and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring service quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of property-related services.
* Proven ability to work under pressure and within tight timescales.
* Strong financial and analytical skills.
* Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder engagement abilities.
* A commitment to continuous improvement and collaboration.
A basic DBS check is required for this role to ensure a safe working environment.
