What You’ll Be Doing
* Support Residents with washing, toileting, dressing, and other aspects of daily living.
* Assist Residents’ physical, emotional, and spiritual care needs while maintaining comfort and dignity.
* Help Residents with limited mobility or learning difficulties, using appropriate aids.
* Monitor and support Residents who may be confused or have behavioural problems.
* Assist with continence promotion.
* Provide care for Residents in the final stages of life.
* Complete written daily records in line with company policies.
* Support social activities and help Residents engage in hobbies and activities.
* Respond to nurse call system, door and telephone calls, and relay messages promptly.
* Report on Residents’ well‑being under supervision of senior staff.
* Carry out regular checks on Residents as directed.
* Welcome visitors, provide refreshments and assistance.
* Make and change beds, ensuring rooms are clean and tidy, and waste disposal policies followed.
* Clean and maintain equipment used by Residents or relatives.
* Record participation and feedback to ensure meaningful engagement.
