Commercial Property Solicitor Location: Harrogate A well-established regional law firm is seeking a talented Commercial Property Lawyer to join its growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a Solicitor with around 3-6 years' PQE (though applications from candidates outside this range are welcomed) to take on a varied and rewarding role within a forward-thinking, tech-enabled practice. The Role: You'll handle a broad caseload of commercial property matters, including: Sales and purchases of commercial property Commercial leases, landlord and tenant work and related documentation Acquisitions of shops, offices, land and industrial units (including multi-let and mixed-use sites) Corporate support and property finance transactions Development matters, including option agreements and overage provisions (desirable) Land acquisition and financing for residential development sites Commercial Property Solicitor to work closely with a small, supportive team of property and corporate Lawyers, Paralegal and Legal Assistant, while also collaborating with colleagues across the wider commercial practice What we are looking for: An experienced Commercial Property Solicitor capable of managing your own caseload Confident working independently and as part of a small, collaborative team Adaptable and comfortable working across offices in a largely digital environment Commercial Property Solicitor to build professional relationships and develop new business opportunities About the Team: The commercial property department is compact but ambitious, working alongside a dynamic company/commercial team. You will play an active role in developing the firm's presence across Harrogate, Leeds and York, with flexibility to work remotely as needed.
