Werecognise that general practice is changing and in order to continue to provideexcellent care we are offering the above position.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrateexcellent leadership, communication & organisational skills to workalongside a group of Locality Managers supported by the Group & DeputyGroup Practice Manager in managing and coordinating the day to day running ofthe practices.
The post-holder will monitor theorganisation and individual practices and contribute to the delivery of highquality GMS/APMS services and adherence to both national and local enhancedservices.
The successful candidate will have:
Experience of working in General Practice or the NHS
Experience of using clinical systems
Provenleadership qualities with the ability to motivate others
Acommitment to maintaining and improving quality Experienceof facilities and premises management

Main duties of the job
