Initially you will carry out day to day work before committing to a longer term assignment with the schools. What you’ll be doing: * Supporting and delivering high-quality lessons across the primary age range. * Working with class teachers and support staff to raise pupil attainment and engagement within all lessons. * Providing targeted support for children of mixed abilities, including those with SEND. * Promoting positive behaviour and safeguarding practices in line with school policies. * Building strong relationships with staff, pupils, and families. What We’re Looking For: * Level 4 HLTA qualification (or equivalent). * Proven experience as a HLTA within UK primary schools. * Confident understanding of the Primary National Curriculum. * Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one. * Enthusiasm, reliability, and a proactive attitude.
