What you’ll be doing as Marketing Executive: You’ll take charge of planning and delivering eye catching marketing campaigns that raise brand awareness and spark new business opportunities. Using the full marketing mix you’ll create buzz where it matters most. You’ll be owning email marketing campaigns that span services, brand comms and feel good impact stories, all using Hubspot to full effect. Whether it’s an in-person event or a slick online webinar, you’ll play a key role in bringing people together and delivering memorable experiences that align with the brand’s mission. From keeping the website up to date and optimised to implementing SEO know how and digging into analytics, you’ll make sure digital performance is always on point and driving results. You will craft everything from news stories and PR pieces to advertorials, case studies and creative content that turns heads and tells stories worth sharing. Video, social media, podcasts, you’ll be hands on with creating engaging content across a variety of channels. If you’ve got a creative flair, this is where it’ll shine! Keep prospect and customer lists in tip top shape, segment audiences for targeted messaging and build clever automations in Hubspot to keep things running smoothly. Who you need to offer: Marketing Experience: You’ve been there, done that, and got the T-shirt – or you’re eager to learn! If you’ve worked with Google Ads, Google Analytics, or Adobe software (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), even better. A Communication Pro: You will know how to get the message across clearly, creatively and with a bit of personality. You’re the kind of person who thrives on a to-do list and can juggle multiple projects at once. Brimming with ideas and ready to take initiative. No job is too big (or too small) – you’ve got a “can do” attitude and a drive to get things done. Experience with Hubspot or a similar CRM is a plus, but they will teach you what you need to know! As Marketing Executive you will be rewarded with: Earn between £26,500 and £37,000 per year which includes a very healthy company bonus.
