We're working with a much-loved, independent homewares and lifestyle brand to help them find a part-time Buying & Merchandising Assistant. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join a warm, family-grown business that brings heart, originality, and purpose to everything they do.

The Role:
Support the buying and merchandising team with day-to-day admin, supplier liaison, and sample tracking
Manage the critical path of booked styles with your product development team
Manage & accurately update the full delivery schedule
Raise and manage all Purchase Orders
Ensure all detail within Purchase Orders are accurate at all times
Support with Monday Trade meetings by pulling reports for your merchandiser
Ability to analyse reports and data to build information & actions for your team
Ability to feedback opinion and fact around sales and stock from reports to your merchandiser
Support with key trading periods i.e Black Friday & Christmas promo's
Understand freight times, challenges and ability to book in stock with forwarder's and warehouses
Manage product uploads, descriptions, and data for ecommerce
Analyse product and category performance to help shape future buying decisions
Be a voice in a small, collaborative team where your ideas are welcome and your contribution is valued
We're Looking For:
Previous experience in buying, merchandising, or product coordination (home, fashion or lifestyle retail ideal)
Confident using Excel
Well-organised, flexible, and happy to work independently at times
A genuine interest in beautiful, meaningful products - and the stories behind them
Someone who values warmth, originality, and excellent customer experiences
