You’ll be a brand ambassador who recommends our newest fashion items. Through remarkable service you’ll ensure customers feel valued every time they shop with us.
Responsibilities
* Serve customers efficiently on the shop floor and at service points.
* Keep the store clean and tidy, and ensure shelves are stocked with product.
* Monitor and deliver on daily sales targets, priorities, promotions and selling opportunities.
* Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, make recommendations and deliver remarkable service throughout their visit.
* Build expert product knowledge to sell and recommend our products and services.
* Utilise digital tools and in-store devices to enhance the customer experience and deliver for the customer every time.
