This is an application support-focused role with a client in the Medtech industry.
Our client is a leader in the Medical Technology sector, working with major clients. The software they develop is transforming data understanding and operational processes in the industry. As they expand, they are growing their support team.
What will you be doing?
As part of a support team, you will quickly adapt to the product (training provided), leveraging your IT skills and communication abilities to assist both technical and non-technical customers with issues. You should be capable of thinking on your feet and devising solutions across various technologies and hardware.
What do you need…
* Experience in a Service Desk or Application Support role
* Good general knowledge of a range of technologies, especially Windows/Microsoft
* Experience with Jira
* 1st to 3rd line ticket resolution skills
* Excellent customer-facing skills and telephony manners
