The Role Help create a safe, fun, and nurturing environment where children learn through play and exploration.
Key Duties
* Support creative, play-based learning
* Take part in events and themed activities
* Encourage children's development and confidence
* Build relationships with children, families, and staff
* Contribute to observations and learning records
* Follow safeguarding and nursery policies
What We're Looking For
* Passion for working with children (Level 2/3 desirable)
* Childcare experience preferred
* Positive, caring, and energetic attitude
* Team player with good communication skills
* Basic EYFS/safeguarding knowledge (training provided)
