Role Overview
We are now seeking to recruit a Consultant Psychiatrist to join our MHSOP South Leics CMHT on a full‑time or part‑time basis.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver the highest quality of clinical care to patients and carers.
* Work in partnership with multi‑disciplinary teams, both operationally and strategically to drive forward innovation and deliver effective care.
* Provide excellent clinical leadership and actively develop teams, offering expert advice to hospital and community specialists, managers and directors.
* Ensure patients, carers and advocates are treated with respect and dignity.
* Continuously oversee the care of patients and the proper functioning of the department.
* Liaise with General Practitioners, hospital and community specialists and other agencies where relevant.
* Engage in the development of a personal job plan within the current framework.
