An amazing opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Registered Nurse to work in an exceptional nursing home based in the Norwich area. The home is registered for older people, employing a team of staff skilled in person‑centred nursing and dementia care.
Responsibilities
* Accurately assess the needs of residents and identify priorities of care
* Administer all medication and treatments within the NMC guidelines and company medication policy
* Ensure that residents care plans are completed and maintained in conjunction with residents, relatives and other health care professionals
* Report any ill‑health amongst residents and make requests for GP/professional visits where necessary
Qualifications & Skills
* Qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin
* Proven experience working in a care setting
* A good team player
* 1+ year NMC registration
* Well‑developed time management and leadership skills
