We are looking for highly motivated individual to join the Medical Recruitment Team at Glien House, Carmarthenshire.
The post involves working to provide support for managers, and appointees throughout the recruitment and selection process using a range of electronic workforce information systems.
This is a Monday to Friday post working 08:30 - 16:30.
Main duties of the job
To support managers throughout the recruitment process using the Trac recruitment system for vacancies in the Health Board, ensuringa professional and confidential service at all times.
To provide a high-quality recruitment service for the Health Board, Liaising with Appointing Managers, external bodies and appointed candidates to keep them fully informed of the progress of their recruitment.
Work flexibly within the team, creating, developing and maintaining effective work relationships with other staff, clients and external contacts.

Hywel Dda University Health Board plans and provides NHS healthcare services for people living in Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion, Pembrokeshire, and bordering counties.
We have over 13,000 staff and together we provide primary, community, in-hospital, mental health and learning disabilities services.

Person Specification
Qualifications & Knowledge
* Level 3 qualification in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
* Knowledge of spreadsheets, office equipment and systems.
* Knowledge of recruitment policies/procedures and recruitment process.
Experience
* Dealing with the public/ customer service.
* Previous office / administration experience.
* Competent with Microsoft IT packages, especially Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint
* HR or Recruitment experience.
Other
* Ability to travel between sites in a timely manner.
* Flexible approach to needs of the service.
* Welsh Speaker (Level 1-3)
