Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5pm
Are you a closer with a sharp commercial instinct? We pride ourselves on being "big enough to cope and local enough to care". As a Commercial Sales Executive, you will take full ownership of your portfolio—winning new business, managing existing accounts, and using market insights to drive profitable, sustainable growth.
What You’ll Do:
* Drive Business Development: Identify and secure new B2B fuel customers across your territory.
* Manage Pricing & Margins: Use the CODAS system to set and adjust rates in line with market conditions.
* Build Relationships: Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring long‑term satisfaction and retention.
* Strategic Growth: Negotiate contracts from initial enquiry to final agreement.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven B2B Sales Experience: Ideally within fuels, energy, or logistics.
* Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of CODAS or similar ERP/CRM platforms.
* Commercial Savvy: Confidence in managing your own pricing and margins.
* Analytical Skills: Strong numerical capability with a focus on detail.
* Mobility: A full UK driving licence (required for field-based activities).
