The successful individual will undertake day-to-day responsibility for the for the pre-tenancy progression.


Your profile


The Role

As a Lettings Administrator, you’ll take ownership of the pre-tenancy progression process, ensuring every tenancy is set up efficiently, compliantly, and with the highest level of client care.

You’ll act as the central point of coordination between our office network and tenants, managing all aspects of referencing, compliance, and documentation, while maintaining accurate records and reporting against key performance indicators (KPIs).


Key Responsibilities

* Conduct Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) checks

* Carry out Right to Rent checks in line with current legislation

* Complete full tenant referencing and ensure all compliance documentation is in place

* Draft, issue, and manage Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreements (ASTs)

* Coordinate the tenancy sign-up process, ensuring timely and accurate completion

* Liaise with branch teams across our London office network to progress lets to move-in

* Record, monitor, and report performance figures as required by management

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on internal systems

* Work towards and achieve agreed KPIs and performance targets

* Support with administrative duties and compliance reporting as required


Person Specification

* Minimum 2 years’ experience in a property, lettings, or compliance-based administrative role

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Strong understanding of AML, KYC, and Right to Rent processes

* Highly organised with a strong attention to detail

* Confident in managing deadlines and delivering against targets

* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

* Proactive, professional, and motivated by delivering great results
