Responsibilities

Supports the Cardiology Department and Cardiology Consultants in providing an efficient and patient-focused service. Key tasks include:

• Typing and transcription of clinical and correspondence letters
• Sending out patient letters and monitoring email inboxes
• Uploading results, scanning and maintaining patient records
• Supporting and communicating with patients and other professionals via email and telephone calls

Works within the cardiology department, supporting senior secretaries and the wider team to type clinical and correspondence letters.
