The Service Delivery Specialist Commercial and Operations is responsible for the interface between the customers, the field service and the other internal teams. The mission is customer satisfaction, timely execution of the service jobs, including remote and field service activities, until full customers satisfaction and best utilization of the field resources. This position reports to the Service Delivery Manager and is part of the Service Delivery Team located in Milton Keynes and will be an on-site role. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Manage the On-Demand Service quote workflow, ensuring high-quality quotes, timely follow-up, and strong conversion to order. ?Create accurate customer quotes for interventions not covered by contract or warranty and proactively issue quotes for ODPMs. Process customer orders for Service Contracts and internal ZCON contracts, ensuring seamless handover from sales to service. Manage maintenance plan jobs (PMs) for Field Service Engineers within SFDC, ensuring schedules and tasks are accurately maintained. ?Co-ordinate the timely closure of Work Orders in SFDC and SAP, ensuring returns and invoicing are completed in alignment with KPI expectations. Serve as the primary point of contact for customer requests-via email and phone-supporting all aftermarket activities. Identify opportunities for improvement and work collaboratively with team members to prioritise and implement continuous enhancements to standard work. The essential requirements of the job include: Education - GCSE level or equivalent Experienced working within a similar role Previous SAP and SFDC experience It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: Service Delivery.
