Our client is a leading recycling and waste management company dedicated to sustainability and environmental responsibility.Hours:4 On-4 Off: 6:00 AM 6:00 PMPay Rate:Day shifts: £13.80 per hourKey Responsibilities:Operate a loading shovel safely and efficiently to move waste and recycling materials around site.Load hoppers, bays, and processing equipment to maintain smooth site operations.Carry out daily pre-start checks and routine maintenance on mobile plant equipment.Ensure safe loading and unloading of materials in line with site procedures.Follow all health and safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment.Report defects, breakdowns, or safety concerns to the supervisor promptly.Assist the wider operations team in meeting production and recycling targets.Ensure all waste deliveries comply with site licence regulations and associated paperwork requirements.Requirements:Previous experience operating a loading shovel is essential.Must hold a valid Loading Shovel Operator qualification/card.Experience within the waste, recycling, quarry, aggregates, or similar industry is advantageous.Strong awareness of health and safety procedures.Reliable, hardworking, and able to work effectively as part of a team.Why Join Us?Competitive hourly rates with opportunities for overtime.Be part of a company committed to environmental sustainability.Training and development opportunities available.Friendly and supportive team environment.Call Faye on 07907 865820!INDWH1ETPBN1_UKTJ
