Customer Support Specialist
Salary: £24,500
Hours: Full-time (35 hours per week, Monday to Friday)

Key Responsibilities:
7. Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions across multiple channels
8. Manage customer correspondence in a timely and professional manner
9. Build strong rapport with customers and clients, ensuring a positive customer journey
10. Maintain accurate records using CRM systems
11. Use diallers and contact centre platforms effectively to manage workload
12. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve service targets
13. Ensure high levels of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks
14. Adhere to company processes and compliance standards
The Successful Candidate:
15. Previous experience within a customer service contact centre environment (essential)
16. Previous experience in financial services and dialler experience (preferred)
17. Experience handling inbound, outbound, and correspondence channels
18. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
19. Excellent attention to detail
20. Comfortable using Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and CRM systems
21. Experience with diallers and contact centre platforms
22. Ability to manage workload effectively in a fast-paced environment
23. A proactive and positive approach to customer service
