Manpower is hiring for production staff to work on an ongoing basis with our national client in Ivybridge. If you have a background in production and thrive in a fast-paced and physical environment, this could be the perfect role for you!
Key Responsibilities
* Contribute to a safety-first operation and ensure an incident-free workplace
* .Meet production targets set by leadership at the start of each shift
* Operate processes safely to achieve production goals
* Rotate duties across cylinder filling, maintenance, and inspection activities
* Load and unload cylinder vehicles as needed
What We're Looking For
* A strong attention to detail-accuracy is crucial
* A high level of safety awareness at all times
* Ability to read and follow instructions, as well as take guidance from site leaders
* A team player who can also work independently when required
Shift Pattern
* Early Shift: 07:00 - 16:00 Monday - Friday
* Back Shift: 12:00 - 21:00 Monday - Friday
Details
* Temporary ongoing role till December 2026
* Pay: £12.60/hour (standard 42.5 hours) + overtime at 1.5x rate
* Location requires own transport
