An HR Advisor is wanted to join a growing manufacturing company in North Tyneside.
Working in a standalone role supporting the senior leadership team, you’ll be taking a key role in implementing HR strategy & good practice.
What You’ll Bring to the Team
* Proven experience in a similar role, preferably with a background in a changing or evolving business environment
* Exposure to change management and supporting teams through business transformation would be beneficial
* Strong problem-solving skills with a pragmatic and hands-on approach.
* Knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
* A hands-on, proactive and pragmatic approach
What You’ll Be Doing
* Supporting senior leadership to implement HR strategy
* Supporting employees, ensuring clear communication
* Administer ER, providing guidance to managers on handling performance & capability concerns
* Support succession planning and upskilling initiatives
* Support recruitment and onboarding efforts to bring in new talent aligned with the company’s future direction.
* Provide HR metrics and insights to inform decision-making.
