Workshop Controller
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced & qualified Workshop Controller to join one of the UK’s leading vehicle rental specialists in our site in Kidderminster.
Your role is to support customers in delivering their business promises by ensuring vehicles are returned safely and quickly. You will manage the workshop to maximise profitability, productivity, and efficiency, making decisions about technician recharge and warranty opportunities. You are responsible for ensuring workshop work meets the highest technical and quality standards and supports our service commitments.

* You are a qualified technician with a solid workshop background, knowledgeable in routine servicing, maintenance, and more complex diagnostics.
* You have a common‑sense business approach, aiming to maximise efficiency and opportunities for outstanding results.
* You are a people person who cares about colleagues and recognises that one‑size‑fits‑all is not always best for a high‑performing team.

* You have a passion for customer service and can resolve issues swiftly as Workshop Controller.
