Job Description
Provide legal advice on property-related matters, including leases, acquisitions, and licences.
Draft, review, and negotiate property agreements in line with company standards.
Ensure compliance with relevant property laws and regulations within the technology and telecoms sector.
Offer legal support for property disputes and liaise with external legal advisors when necessary.
Assist with due diligence processes for property acquisitions or divestment's.
Identify and mitigate legal risks related to property transactions.
Support internal teams with legal guidance on property-related projects and initiatives.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for all property-related legal activities.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Legal Counsel - Property should have:
UK Qualified with a minimum of 2/3 years PQE
Experience in property law, ideally within the technology and telecoms industry.
Proven ability to draft and negotiate legal agreements with precision.
A strong understanding of property compliance and regulatory frameworks.
Excellent communication skills for liaising with internal teams and external advisors.
A proactive and detail-oriented approach to managing legal risks and responsibilities.
What's on Offer
