Salary: £62,681 – £67,665.
Location: Dundee, Scotland.
As Clinical Lead, You Will
* Provide strategic and clinical leadership across stroke and neurological rehabilitation pathways.
* Drive service development and transformation aligned with national and local priorities.
* Collaborate with colleagues across acute, rehabilitation, and community settings to ensure seamless, person‑centred care.
* Lead quality improvement initiatives and contribute to workforce development.
* Be a key member of the senior leadership team in Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy.
What We Are Looking For
* A registered Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist with relevant clinical and leadership experience.
* Proven leadership skills and experience in service development.
* Strong understanding of stroke and neurological rehabilitation pathways and integrated care models.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Commitment to equity, inclusion, and person‑centred care.
