Head of Healthcare Lighting is a strategic role focused on expanding our Healthcare lighting business through opportunity identification, relationship building, and effective business development strategies.
Responsibilities:
* Support the salesforce as a healthcare sector specialist in accessing healthcare opportunities.
* Establish new customer networks, including contractors, end users, and specifiers.
* Develop and implement a detailed sales plan aligned with regional sales strategies.
* Understand Healthcare Estates management and new build construction markets to identify growth opportunities.
* Ensure company approval on appropriate frameworks to access projects.
* Identify relevant conferences and exhibitions for business representation.
* Influence product strategy and marketing campaigns.
Skills & Experience:
* Knowledge of the lighting, construction, or building services sector, with relevant healthcare lighting experience.
* Proven track record of profitable, long-term business partnerships and strong commercial acumen.
* Experience with administrative activities via Salesforce is advantageous but not essential.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with colleagues.
* Adaptability to dynamic, fast-paced environments.
* Positive attitude towards challenges and an interest in technology.
* Curiosity and desire for continuous improvement and development.
* High proficiency in MS Office, SAP, Salesforce.
