Head of Sales – Open Banking / API Solutions
Up to £125,000 basic + comms
Location: Flexible across UK/Europe (remote)
Are you a senior sales leader in Open Banking and API-led solutions, ready to build and lead a high-performing team selling into corporate clients?
We’re supporting an established fintech that’s pioneering Open Banking connectivity and data aggregation across Europe. The company is evolving its commercial function and is looking for a Head of Sales to take ownership of the sales organisation, sharpen the go-to-market approach, and accelerate growth across banking, lending, e‑commerce, and wider financial services.
This is a strategic leadership role, reporting into the Group Head of Sales, with scope to shape team structure, processes, and the commercial model around the right person.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven track record in a Head of Sales / Sales Director / Enterprise Sales leadership role within fintech, payments, or B2B SaaS, selling into corporate or financial services clients.
* Strong understanding of Open Banking, data connectivity, or embedded finance, and how APIs create value for banks, lenders, merchants, and platforms.
* Experience building, managing, and scaling sales teams, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and creating a high-accountability culture.
