Eden Brown Synergy are currently looking for an experienced Team Manager to join the Fostering Team for Buckinghamshire Council.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a fostering team responsible for the supervision and support of foster carers.
* Oversee the recruitment, assessment, and approval process for prospective foster carers.
* Ensure high-quality Form F assessments and reports are prepared for fostering panel.
* Provide regular supervision, guidance, and support to Supervising Social Workers within the team.
* Ensure foster carers receive appropriate training, support, and supervision to meet the needs of children in care.
* Work closely with placement teams and children's social workers to identify suitable placements for children.
* Monitor performance, ensure compliance with fostering regulations, and maintain high standards of practice.

* Hybrid working
Pay Rate:
* £45 p/h Umb
Essential Requirements:
* Social Work Qualification - Degree or equivalent
* Minimum 3 years' experience in children's social care
* Significant experience within fostering services
* Previous experience in a management or supervisory role
* Social Work England Registration
* Thorough knowledge of fostering regulations and statutory guidance
