Founding AI Solutions Engineer (Post-Sales) (EMEA) - fast-growing AI infra start-up |📍Europe (remote)


AI is reshaping how businesses operate, from powering intelligent assistants to unlocking deeper insights from data. But while many companies are investing in AI, not all of them know how to fully realise its value.


That’s where this role comes in.

We’re looking for an AI Solutions Engineer who enjoys working closely with customers, helping them move from implementation to true adoption and success. This is a great opportunity for someone who combines technical depth with a strong customer mindset and enjoys being part of a high-growth environment.


What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you’ll act as a trusted partner to customers, helping them navigate their AI journey and get the most out of the platform.

You’ll:

* Guide customers through implementation and ongoing adoption
* Lead both technical discussions with data scientists and engineers, and strategic conversations with senior stakeholders
* Drive customer success by ensuring clients feel confident, supported, and excited about what they’re building


What You’ll Work On

* Advising customers on GenAI and machine learning best practices
* Delivering tailored demos for both technical and non-technical audiences
* Running strategic business reviews alongside the sales team
* Partnering closely with pre-sales to ensure a smooth customer journey
* Collaborating with product and engineering teams to share feedback and influence the roadmap
* Identifying opportunities to grow and expand within existing accounts


What We’re Looking For

* Hands-on experience as a Data Scientist, ML Engineer, or working with AI/ML solutions in production
* Strong understanding of the ML lifecycle (feature engineering, training, deployment, real-time scoring)
* Familiarity with LLMs / agentic frameworks such as LlamaIndex, LangGraph, or DSPy
* Experience in a customer-facing role (Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, Consultant, Customer Success, etc.)
* Someone who enjoys bridging the gap between technical detail and business value
