* Work closely with external benefits providers and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely processing of benefit-related transactions
* Maintain benefits documentation and support audits and management review requirements
* Develop and distribute clear employee communications relating to benefits programmes, updates, and key dates
* Ensure benefits and HR system data is accurate, compliant, and up to date
* Act as the employee benefits subject matter expert on projects, acquisitions, and organisational change
* Continuously review and improve benefits processes to enhance employee experience and value for money
* Provide support for benefits and HR system-related policies, procedures, and enquiries, resolving or escalating as appropriate
* Issue letters and documentation relating to benefits and HR systems
* Manage the benefits diary, tracking key milestones and working proactively with communications and marketing teams

What we’re looking for

* Proven experience in employee benefits administration within an HR or People Services environment
* Strong understanding of benefits processes, provider coordination, and employee support
* Confident handling employee queries with a customer-focused and supportive approach
* Experience using HR and/or benefits systems (e.g. Access XD, Vista or similar)
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* Proactive approach to improving benefits and processes
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
