The Role As a Graduate Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting production and continuous improvement activities. You’ll gain hands-on experience across manufacturing processes, working closely with design, quality, and production teams. Key responsibilities include: Assisting in the development and optimisation of manufacturing processes Supporting continuous improvement initiatives (lean, waste reduction, efficiency gains) Creating and maintaining work instructions and technical documentation Investigating production issues and implementing corrective actions Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve product quality and throughput Supporting new product introduction (NPI) activities About You We are looking for a motivated and proactive graduate with a strong interest in manufacturing and engineering excellence.
