Job Description
The Lead Superintendent - Multifamily Construction will be responsible for:
1. Lead on-site construction operations and coordinate multiple building components including garages and community spaces.
2. Collaborate closely with project management and design teams to ensure timely, on-budget delivery.
3. Use technology tools (Procore, Bluebeam) to streamline workflow and communication.
4. Conduct walkthroughs and quality inspections with key stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant
The Lead Superintendent - Multifamily construction will have:
5. 10+ years of superintendent experience with a General Contractor or Builder/Developer.
6. Proven leadership on multiple multifamily projects valued between $80M-$150M+.
7. Construction-related degree preferred.
8. Valid Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License (CSL).
9. OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 certifications required.
10. Strong proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and Excel.
11. Ability to manage complex, multi-building multifamily developments efficiently.
