Global Process Coordinator
Haddenham, UK – hybrid setting
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Participate in the editing and creation of training materials as needed.
2. Prepare for and deliver training, including preparing local Super Users to deliver end-user training.
3. Answer business-related questions for End Users and local Super Users.
4. Escalate challenges, questions, and issues to the Program Team, as appropriate.
5. Support the transition by coaching peers and modeling new behaviors.
6. Provide feedback, guidance, and expertise during the solution design phase.
7. Participate in Functional Integration Testing and Functional Unit Testing as needed.
8. Support business testers in preparing for and executing SIT and UAT.
9. Ensure Super Users are certified per the training matrix.
10. Serve as the first line of support for Super Users through hypercare.
11. Identify post-go-live training or documentation needs.
12. Support additional assignments from GPO, GPM, or Organizational Readiness as needed.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
1. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
2. Proven experience as a Process Coordinator, Training Lead, or similar role.
3. Knowledge of McCormick’s business processes and functional areas.
4. Supportive of transformational change, specifically Program Leo.
5. Experience with SAP and ability to learn SAP S/4HANA quickly.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Teams).
7. Strong communication and presentation skills.
8. Global mindset and cross-cultural competency.
9. Excellent organizational, analytical, and administrative skills.
10. Enthusiastic about learning and teaching.
11. Adaptable to change and flexible.
12. Team player with patience for end-user support.
13. Willing to travel.
