The Job
The Mobile Engineer is a hands-on coder, responsible for implementing and testing assigned backlog items to high quality, adhering to SDLC, and rapidly delivering reliable, high-quality products and services within an agile team.
What You’ll Do
* Ensure regulatory, compliance and non-functional requirements are adequately considered for assigned backlog items.
* Implement and test assigned backlog items to high quality.
* Adhere to SDLC.
* Rapid, reliable, high quality delivery in pod.
* Technical decision making in pod.
* Estimation of backlog and roadmap items.
* Collaborate with and seek guidance from supporting teams.
* Build design system components.
* Build tools, templates etc that support good developer experience when building products and services.
* Identifying tech debt.
What You’ll Bring
* Development background required (iOS Swift/ObjectiveC; Android Kotlin/Java).
* Able to understand commercial realities of delivering a profitable product to market.
