**Job Description:**
We are seeking a reliable and friendly individual to join our team as a Telephone Order Taker. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers placing orders over the phone. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a smooth ordering process, accurately recording customer preferences and special requests, and providing excellent customer service.
**Responsibilities:**
* Answer incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner.
* Assist customers in placing their orders, offering recommendations and upselling additional items when appropriate.
* Input orders accurately into our computer system.
* Address any customer inquiries or concerns promptly and effectively.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the telephone order station.
* Uphold company policies and procedures at all times.
**Requirements:**
* Previous experience in a customer service role preferred but not essential.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order taking.
* Friendly and outgoing personality with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
* Basic computer skills and familiarity with order processing software.
* Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Availabilities:
This is a fixed, part time position for Fridays and Saturdays: 17:00 to 22:30
Additional shifts are available on an adhoc basis (holiday cover, illness, shift rotation) and also depending on performance.
This position would be ideal for somebody looking for extra part time hours, currently studying or looking for an introduction I to the workplace.
