Responsibilities
* Brand Strategy Implementation and Differentiation Development: Lead the formulation of regional brand promotion plans and annual marketing strategies for Europe, anchoring the positioning as a premium intelligent electric vehicle brand. Communicate core brand values while reinforcing distinctive labels of original design and intelligent technology to avoid homogenised competition, establishing distinct recognition from traditional luxury brands.
* Integrated Marketing and Event Execution: Coordinate regional omnichannel marketing campaigns encompassing brand launches, motor shows, cross-industry collaborations, PR communications and digital initiatives to create landmark brand events. Collaborate with local media, key opinion leaders and partners to establish an efficient communication matrix, amplifying brand visibility and premium positioning.
* Cross‑departmental Coordination and Resource Management: Serving as the regional brand/market liaison, collaborate with the global brand department and local divisions (project teams, R&D, sales, product, supply chain, and after‑sales) to ensure brand strategy and operational execution are aligned. Interface with local partners, coordinate resources, and manage marketing project timelines and outcomes.
* Brand Equity and Performance Tracking: Establish a regional brand equity monitoring system to track core metrics including awareness, reputation, and market share. Gather market and user feedback to rapidly refine marketing strategies, supporting regional business objectives.
* Regional Brand Consistency Management: Develop Europe‑wide brand consistency standards and management protocols aligned with regional market launches. This encompasses brand websites, social media, and offline activities across Europe, safeguarding the global brand's strategic positioning and premium image in the European market.
Job Requirements
* Education: Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Marketing, International Business, Communication Studies, Business Administration or related fields; overseas study or advanced academic experience is advantageous.
* Work Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience in automotive brand/marketing roles, including at least 3 years managing UK brands/markets. Preference given to candidates with experience in premium new energy vehicles (e.g., BBA, Zeekr, NIO, Tesla) or luxury automotive brands within European markets. Prioritise candidates with proven track records in establishing brands from inception, launching new products, or executing successful regional marketing campaigns.
* Language Proficiency: Fluent English as a working language (Chinese is a plus).
* Industry Insight: In-depth understanding of European new energy vehicle policies, market dynamics, distribution channels, and consumer demands; familiarity with premium automotive brand marketing strategies and industry trends, with particular emphasis on the UK market. Knowledge of smart vehicle technologies (e.g., intelligent cockpits, driver assistance systems) is advantageous.
* Additional Requirements: Long‑term residence or work experience in the UK, with profound understanding of local culture and consumer psychology. Preference given to candidates possessing extensive local media, KOL, and partner networks in the UK. Strong interest in the new energy vehicle sector and alignment with Avatar's brand philosophy. Pressure Resistance & Results‑Orientation: Adaptability to fast‑paced overseas operations, willingness to undertake 30–50% travel, results‑driven mindset, and proven project execution capability under high‑pressure environments.
