Working directly with apprentices who are already employed in mechanical engineering roles, you will guide, support and challenge them as they work towards their Apprenticeship Standard. This is a highly rewarding position where you will help learners develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours needed to succeed in an industry that is driving innovation, solving real world problems, and shaping the future of engineering.You will work closely with employers, industry specialists and internal teams to deliver high quality training, assessment and apprenticeship guidance. Blending structured teaching, skills coaching and workplace visits, you will ensure that each apprentice receives a tailored learning journey that meets both industry expectations and their employer’s needs. Drawing upon current engineering practices, you will help apprentices link theory to hands on application, supporting them to grow in confidence and capability as they work towards completing their End Point Assessment.
