Job Title: Graduate Commercial Executive
Working Hours: M-F
The client specializes in creating premium, breaded and battered products, available in multiple pack sizes for retail and catering needs.
The role involves working within the Retail team to manage and grow existing customer accounts, while identifying and developing new business opportunities in the frozen and chilled food sectors.
* Relationship Management: Develop and nurture strong partnerships with key retail accounts to enhance sales performance and increase market share.
* Account Management: Oversee daily operations of retail accounts and maintain close relationships with buyers, acting as the internal advocate for the customer.
* Sales Support: Provide administrative support to the retail sales team and ensure smooth daily operations.
* Product Expertise: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the product range, including raw materials and production processes, to serve as a subject matter expert.
* Sales Strategy Alignment: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align and execute business growth strategies.
* Sales Reporting & Analysis: Monitor account performance, KPIs, and sales forecasts, providing regular reports and insights.
* Promotional Planning: Work with internal teams and customers to create promotional strategies and sales initiatives that drive growth.
* Customer Presentations: Deliver business reviews, sales forecasts, and product presentations, including food demos, professionally and persuasively.
* Business Development: Identify gaps and opportunities within retail accounts to support strategic growth and sales expansion.
* P&L Analysis: Continuously evaluate account profitability and performance, using data-driven insights for recommendations.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail are required.
