Summary
NG Bailey Facilities Services are currently recruiting for Electrically biased Multi-Skilled Resident Maintenance Engineer to take this fantastic opportunity to join a market-leading, forward-thinking company to be part of a team looking after a commercial contract based in the city centre of Nottingham at Bio City
The successful candidate will have a background in Electrical maintenance with relevant and current qualifications.
The position is Monday to Thursday 0730 - 1600 Friday 0730-1530 - Onsite Parking Available – Call Out is 1 in 4
Some of the key deliverables in this role will include:
* Deliver PPM relating primarily to Electrical equipment in line with agreed programmes / SLA's to meet Client and Statutory Compliance.
* Costing and completing Reactive Works identified through PPM work undertaken when requested.
* Carry out M&E Maintenance / Installation work efficiently and in accordance with the National Working Rules for the Mechanical Contracting Industry.(Electrical equivalent)
* To maintain premises to an exceptionally high standard
* Capable of working independently and when requested managing Reactive Works carried out by others.
* Completing all required documentation, job sheets and certificates.
What we’re looking for :
An experienced Electrical Technician working to a high standard of building services provision (planned and reactive) within a commercial occupied environment and with the utmost regard for customer service.
You will hold current qualifications to work as a Electrical engineer including;
* Completed a recognised Electrical Apprenticeship (Preferred not Essential)
* City & Guilds Electrical discipline competency Parts 1 & 2 or equivalent.
* 17th / 18th Edition IEE Regulations
* And be conversant with Electrical Plant related Building Services PPM's carried out in line with SFG20 and resulting Reactive Work.
