Job Description
Part/Full Time Locum Dentist required 2 - 5 days per week for a friendly, mixed Practice near Sheringham.
* Day rate of £450 with a target of 25 UDAs with an additional amount per UDA for overachievement and deduction of same rate for underachievement
* 50% Private Rate - predominantly a UDA role although opportunity to add private from upselling NHS patients
* Mon to Fri & Sat available - MUST BE ABLE TO DO A MINIMUM OF 2 DAYS
* Opening Hours: 8.30am - 5pm
* Days Available - Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday

* Lead clinician on hand to help discuss cases and patient issues and actively encourage this.
* Fully computerised with modern well-equipped, well ventilated 5 surgery practice, Digital X-rays, OPG, Rotary Endo, Apex Locator
* A dedicated staff room with kitchen facilities
* Hygienist and a dedicated Treatment Coordinator
* On the Norfolk coast, just 4 minutes from the Sea
Compliance & Requirements
* Full NHS Performer Number if applicable
* Local Area Team confirmation
* GDC certificate
* UK Blood test report showing Hep B Immunisation and Titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years
* Indemnity certificate
