This role focuses on conducting lettings valuations, liaising with landlords and tenants, managing property listings, and ensuring a smooth negotiation process.
Responsibilities
* Conduct lettings valuations and provide landlords with informed advice on market rental levels.
* Carry out property viewings, presenting homes professionally and highlighting key features to prospective tenants.
* Manage the lettings process from initial enquiry through to move-in, ensuring compliance with regulations.
* Maintain accurate records of client interactions, valuations, and property details using our systems.
* Develop strong relationships with landlords and tenants to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
* Negotiate offers between landlords and tenants, ensuring satisfactory outcomes for all parties.
* Stay up to date with market trends, local area knowledge, and lettings legislation to provide accurate advice.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team targets while delivering excellent customer service.
Experience
* Previous lettings or property administration experience is essential, particularly in handling client documentation and records.
* Strong communication skills to build rapport with landlords, tenants, and colleagues.
* Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
