EYFS Level 3 Teaching Assistant
A warm, welcoming primary school in Worcester is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Teaching Assistant to join their Early Years team on a full-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a lovely, supportive school that places strong emphasis on early development, nurture, and play-based learning.
About the Role:
You will be based within the Nursery, working closely with the Class Teacher and Early Years Team to support children during the crucial stage of their development. This role involves supporting learning through promoting Independence, play and helping to create a safe stimulating environment which is engaging for pupils.
Key responsibilities:
Support children’s learning and development in line with the EYFS Framework
Working with small groups
Assisting daily class routines and activities
Supporting children’s social, emotional and personal development
Working collaboratively with teachers and TAs
What We’re Looking For:
Level 3 Teaching Assistant (essential)
Proven experience working in a nursery or Early Years setting
A good understanding of the EYFS curriculum
A nurturing, patient and proactive approach
Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude
A genuine passion for supporting young children

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
