About the role This is a Scheme Support Officer role based in our Supported accommodation service, Clifton Place, Newport. We have a team of Scheme Support officers, Lead Project Workers, Project Workers and, Accommodation Coordinator providing 24/7 Support to our diverse group of customers. Working in a team, you will provide support to a range of families, young people, pregnant women individuals with physical disabilities, mental health, substance misuse and individuals who have been trafficked from other countries. You will provide housing related supported to equip our customers with the knowledge, skills and tools that they need to be able to live independent lives. Skills and Experience Needed Relevant work experience and knowledge of issues relating to vulnerable people is essential.
