Role: Kitchen Assistant
Location: Beauchamp House Residential Home, Bideford ( EX39 5BE)
Pay: £12.30 per hour
Hours: Full Time, Part Time & Bank
Shift Pattern: (including alternate weekends)

Who We're Looking For
You're a caring and reliable individual who enjoys being part of a busy, supportive team. While previous kitchen experience isn't essential, you're happy to take a hands-on approach and contribute wherever needed. You're flexible with your working hours and take pride in helping others-especially during mealtimes, where your support makes a real difference to our residents' daily lives.
What You Will Be Doing
* Assisting the Chef team with basic preparation of fresh, nutritious meals, snacks, and drinks
* Supporting residents during mealtimes to ensure a calm, enjoyable dining experience
* Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and dining areas
* Washing cooking equipment and crockery, and sanitising food preparation surfaces
* Working flexibly as part of a friendly and collaborative kitchen team
