Our client is a thriving organisation based on the outskirts of Ware and they are growing their already established sales team. This is a full-time role working onsite in their offices based on the outskirts of Ware (8am – 5pm, Monday – Friday) and offers a generous salary of £30,000 basic (OTE £35,000) plus a fantastic, uncapped commission structure and other excellent benefits. The successful candidate would need to be a self-starter, sales hungry, be very comfortable making high volume of both warm and cold calls, have ability and tenacity to dig around companies to get the right contacts, build rapport and confidence with key decision makers, be able to consistently secure high quality appointments for the Area Sales Manager, be fast and accurate in quick quoting for special products for larger enquiries, ability to pull together detail and submit tenders working with wider team, rapid daily proactive quote follow up and be able to manage up and down within the team to drive 15% minimum growth on a given set of existing customers and inbound sales leads.
