We are seeking an experienced Programme Lead with a background in RAN and mobile telecoms. This is a great lead role focusing on site assurance and digital data integrity. This pivotal role involves managing a team to deliver comprehensive site surveys and digital data improvements, leveraging AI and progressive data collection methods to build a unified and accurate view of the estate’s condition.
This is a high-profile role offering the opportunity to shape strategy, deliver change, and drive assurance across a complex mobile telecoms estate and digital environment.
This will be a 12 month fixed term contract with hybrid working.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead delivery of large-scale site survey and data transformation programmes.
* Oversee data validation and assurance, ensuring accuracy and usability.
* Act as a key interface with senior leadership, partners, and suppliers.
* Drive cultural and process change to improve efficiency and outcomes.
* Manage governance, reporting, and risk/issue resolution at a strategic level.
* Ensure programmes are delivered on time, to budget, and to agreed quality standards.
About You:
* Strong background of leading projects within a mobile telecoms RAN environment
* Strong experience in stakeholder and supplier management.
* Skilled in governance, reporting, and programme controls.
* Familiar with methodologies such as Prince2, MSP, PMI or SAFe Agile.
* Confident communicator with the ability to influence at board level.
* Forward-thinking with an interest in AI and digital innovation.
