Are you a commercially driven National Account Manager or Senior National Account Manager looking for a role with real influence, autonomy, and the chance to shape the future of a growing FMCG business?

In this role, you’ll take ownership of a diverse national account portfolio spanning major grocery, high street retail, and specialist channels. You’ll be hands‑on, commercially focused, and trusted to make decisions that drive sustainable growth.

Main Responsibilities

Managing and growing key grocery and high street accounts (e.g. Asda, Sainsbury’s, Morrisons, Waitrose, H&B).

Analysing performance and P&L, identifying gaps and opportunities, and driving profitable growth.

Working collaboratively across the business to support planning, forecasting, supply chain coordination, and category insights.

Rolling up your sleeves—getting involved wherever needed in a non‑corporate, high‑ownership environment.

Building strong retailer relationships and representing the business with confidence and commercial edge.

Playing a key role in shaping future strategy and supporting long‑term succession planning.

Person Requirements

Proven national account management experience in FMCG (SNAM level ideal), with clear commercial results.

Strong analytical skills, confident working with spreadsheets, P&L, forecasting, and category data.

Experience across grocery plus high street; exposure to independents, wholesale or export is a bonus.

Someone hands‑on, grounded, commercially sharp, and happy to “muck in” where needed.

A self-starter who thrives in a non-corporate environment without micromanagement.

Stable career track record with strong relationship‑building skills and genuine integrity.

Leadership potential—someone who can grow with the business and ultimately step into a senior role.
